The Pharmacists Syndicate confirmed in two letters it sent to Counselor Hanafi Jabali, Speaker of Parliament, and Dr. Ashraf Hatem, Head of the Health Committee in the House of Representatives, that the proposal submitted for the amendment of Article No. 30 in Law No. 127 of 1955 regarding the practice of the profession of pharmacy is misplaced, as it is considered a detour and an intrusion into the What was cut off by the ruling of the Supreme Constitutional Court in Appeal No. 185 of 35 BC issued on 3/6/2017, and it is also easy to challenge its constitutionality due to its flaws. She added that the amendment violates the principle of equality between owners of the same profession, as settled in the conscience of the Supreme Constitutional Court and included in the merits of the judgment in question. The Pharmacists Syndicate clarified in its letter that the proposed amendment creates a distinction that is not based on objective grounds between transferred and initial licenses in a way that undermines the regulation of Article 30 of Law 127 of 1955 and the goals to which the text of the aforementioned law depends, and creates unfair conditions in which the fortunes of licensed public pharmacies vary from the start And pharmacies moved due to demolition.
